At Golden Jewellers, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unworn condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- The item has not been resized, altered, or damaged
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
- Items purchased during sale or clearance events (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and the return conditions outlined above. If the exchange item is of greater value, the difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Australian Consumer Law
Our Refund Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
