Where We Ship
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (such as Christmas and Valentine's Day), processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Golden Jewellers is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update your details before dispatch.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
